Jaw-Dropping Footage: Viral Video of Fearless Indian Man Captivating Massive King Cobra!
Suresh pulls the massive cobra out of the stream.

A video of a man rescuing a huge king cobra – estimated to be 4.5-meters long – from a stream in India early this month has gone viral.
Villagers in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, spotted the massive snake and called local snake expert Vava Suresh for help, Yahoo News reported. The king cobra had gone into a stream by the time Suresh arrived.

He went into the stream and grabbed the snake by the tail, putting on a show by dragging the huge snake around for the crowd of people who gathered to watch.
After pulling the snake ashore, Suresh then secured it and later released the king cobra into a forest. He claimed it was the 150th king cobra he had rescued.
The king cobra is native to India and many parts of Asia and holds the title of being the world’s longest venomous snake. It has one of the most lethal and potent forms of venom and is the only snake known to have enough venom in a bite to kill an elephant.
According to the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, about 46,000 people die of snakebites in India annually, largely due to the lack of antidote access in rural areas.
